3 Bible Tips: God's Mysteries, Part 1
1. God's commandments and the choices He offers us are not too mysterious.
"For this commandment which I command you today is not too mysterious
for you, nor is it far off... I call heaven and earth as witnesses today
against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing;
therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live" (Deuteronomy
30:11, 19).
2. We should highly value what God has revealed, but realize there are
secret things that belong only to God.
"The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which
are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do
all the words of this law" (Deuteronomy 29:29).
3. God reveals His secrets to those who fear Him.
"The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will show
them His covenant" (Psalm 25:14).
